Latest Club News - on & off the pitch
The football club is looking to start the Tivvy 100 Club again
this costs just £10 per month and pays out £400 in a monthly first prize and £100 in a monthly second prize. Half the money collected gets paid out in prizes and half goes to the club. We obviously need 100 supporters to join up, although you can have more than one membership (one unique number per membership) The prize will be drawn in the bar on the last Sunday night of the month.
There are posters around the club and slips where you can indicate if you would be interested in joining. Until we get decent numbers we will not start it as the prize would be nowhere near £400. So, if you were looking to help the club is some small way then this would be an excellent start plus it gives you a better chance of a win than the Lottery! It would also make the club £6,000 annually and would certainly go a long way to improve our finances.
The 100 Club is not just limited to supporters so if can get any friends or family members involved then please fill in a slip and pop it into the box in the bar. If you cannot get to the club but still want to join then email me Fournierjohn@sky.com and I will add your mane to the list of future members….and thanks.

Latest Match Report
Southern League Div 1
1 - 0
Sholing had won their last eight matches and in the past month or so scored five goals on two occasions, put seven past Evesham and eight past Bridgwater. In high spirits despite their impending withdrawal from the Southern League, they arrived at Ladysmead as the top scorers in the Division with the individual leading goalscorer amongst the ranks. Lee Wort had notched thirty-two goals in league football this season including a staggering five hat-tricks since the turn of the year. In stark contrast Tiverton had won just once in twenty-seven games and hadn’t found the net in open play for over 400 minutes. But all of that was thrown out of the window as the Yellows defied logic to close their disappointing season on a high note as Josh Searle scored eleven minutes from time to clinch victory.
