Biography

Rarely does a player have such a positive impact in non-league football, but Josh is one of a rare breed who became an instant hit with the Tivvy fans following his arrival in 2011. He had been a member of Exeter City’s Centre of Excellence and also turned out for Forest Green Rovers by the time he arrived at Ladysmead as a raw 18-year old, and his exciting attacking play soon saw him installed as a fan’s favourite.

Dubbed Tivvy’s Messi, Josh is comfortable playing on either wing and it wasn’t long into his career with the Yellows that he began to realise his potential as he hit a purple patch and scored six goals in two fruitful months. A pre-season injury disrupted his start to the current season but he is now back to full pace and one of Tiverton’s main attacking threats.
